I looked at the page source and thehttp://downloads2.devexpress.com/VBRefactor/RefactorVB_1040.exe link just redirects me back to the info page.

I guess it needs to be re-factored for the download function to work....
We have a couple of download servers and we use a load balancer to make sure that the traffic is distributed evenly. What should be happening if people link (as some blogs have) directly to the download, is that we redirect you to our /VBRefactor page so that you can press the button and give the load balancer a chance to flip a coin to see which download server to send you to.
If you press the button on that page and it takes you back then it may be a temporary load problem (in which case please try again) or something unique and specific to your client that our support team would love to hear about. support @ devexpress.com
