Win CE Emulator missing from Beta?

Hi,
It appears that the VS 2005 Beta2 install does not include any WinCE Emulation or WinCE device attachment options. Is it necessary to have Platform Builder 5.0 installed as well?

There is no plan to have built-in emulator of WinCE for Whidbey. You will find a WinCE device attachment entry under the Windows CE 5.0 platform. Options are available in the Tools->Options menu, under devices tools->devices->windows ce device.
