Where to post a bug report

Following on the thread regarding the ASP.NET Forums then...

The ASP.NET/forums have (or at least had) a forum dedicated to reporting issues with the forums themselves. Should we use the Contact Us link at the bottom, or would is make sense to add a dedicated issues forum here, at least in the near-term?
