Scary Warning Message when Install Sql Server 2005 April CTP on AMD x64

Basically it sounds like it is saying

1) We can't guarantee your SQL Server 2000 will function if you install this, and
2) If you uninstall it, it will break any existing SQL Server installations.

Can anyone elaborate on this a bit?

The product is still in Beta so it will have many warnings to make sure you don't blame us for any problem it may cause.

It's beta software so you should always be careful. Backups and a recovery plan are essential for any beta software. SQL Server will function on native 64 bit. SSE runs on WOW only. However, SSE isn't enabled for 64 bit WOW yet.
