Send variable to wsf file

I have a php web form that sends an email to me. I want to make one of the numbers in the email a link that opens a wsf file containing jscript. I want to send it the value of the number and save it as a variable in the file. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.

I have not been able to find a natural way to do this. Most email programs tend to make it hard to do this sort of thing to prevent virus' etc. from taking advantage of people to spread. Perhaps you'd have better luck on a forum targeted to WSH.
