Turn off the emoticons

If there isn't one hidden somewhere already, please provide an option to turn off the childish emoticions. They play havoc with C++ code posted in messages!

I definitely second the motion....
Having problems with some of my posts....
Can't use the [code] tags (Its somewhat buggy at this moment)....
Or you could just change the code to generate emoticons eg. [smile] Big Smile

The forums team is working on a fix for this. They should reply with more details of how they want to address it. What's funny is that this request (that I'm tending to agree with) is right next to one in this forum to increase the amount of emoticons. :-)
