Jomo Fisher has provided new a new targets file for beta 2 allowing you to switch between 2.0 and 1.1 based on your platform selection.

If any of you were using the MSBuild Compatibility Toolkit (http://weblogs.asp.net/rmclaws/archive/2005/04/19/403418.aspx), you'll want to get this new file; Robert McLaws is working on an update for the toolkit to provide a friendlier interface, but in the mean time, the targets work.
