how to make a installation file in c#

I'll give you a flavour, ;)

If you are using Visual Studio 2005, you can create a setup project, by doing the following:

1. Choose File -> New -> Project...
2. Expand the Other Project Types node and click the Setup and Deployment node, on the New Project dialog
3. Click Setup Project and click OK
