Migrating Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ Projects to Visual Studio 2005

I just saw the article "Migrating Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ Projects to Visual Studio 2005" athttp://msdn.microsoft.com/mobility/default.aspx?pull=/library/en-us/dnppcgen/html/migrating_evc_vs2005.asp and cannot follow the instruction for upgrading a project with the upgrade wizard. When I reach step 5 and click Ok, I get the message:

"The selected file cannot be opened as a solution or project. Please select a solution file or a project file"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
