Synchronization SQLSRV -> PDA doesn't work

There really isn't anyone from the SqlMobile team that frequents the forms (yet!), but if you can provide some more information I can ask them to stop by and help out.

Can you post a link to the sample you are using to try this out?
Can you post the complete SQL statement you are using to do the filtering?
