Open device Emulator from vb

My name is Manuel and I Live in Spain .
My Question is :
I need to do a call to the Emulator from Visual Basic .NET, recovering the last configuration. I try to realize a call with " DeviceEmulator.exe/s ppc.dess " but I do not obtain it!! Since I can open the emulator using the last configuration (Restore)Thanks !!

Which version of Visual Studio are you using? Can you verify that the ppc.dess that you are pointing to exists? When you mention "you do no obtain it", do you mean that the emulator does not start? What is the error message you are seeing?
If you want to restore the state that VS creates, you can look for the state file in the following directory:
\documents and settings\<your user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Device Emulator
