There are 3 main reasons why we currently do not plan to do this:
1) C++ is just one language, we did not create a new language, we added feature to effect a binding to .Net. Especially with C++/CLI (compared to Managed Extensions to C++) there is a large ampunt of convergence.
2) We have not (yet) seen any cases of confusion.
3) Feedback from our MVPs and other active members of the community has largely been to have just a single forum for language issues. I believe it will already take string action to focus questions on langauge aspects and not various topic like Win32 or general .NET programming questions.
