Make search button default button when focus is on search box

When entering search text at the top of the forum, I keep pressing enter to start the search (as the search button looks like the default by the blue border surrounding it), however this only reloads the page.

When pressing RETURN in the Search textbox on the forum would it be possible to simulate the Search button being pressed? At the moment pressing return in the search field just refreshes the page.

Search should be keyboard enabled. I'm not able to repro this bug. I went to http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/default.aspx?ForumGroupID=8. typed "coding" into the search text box in the mid-upper right and hit [enter]. This resulted in 49 posts. Am I looking in the wrong place? If you are still seeing this problem, let me know. If you could provide your browser & OS info, I'm wondering if it might be a browser specific problem.

funny really, I get the same as you now. In fact all forums have the search button working with <Enter>!!

No problem, probably just one of those anomalies while we were rolling out the service pack. Glad its working now.

No, it was like that since I started using the forums. It seems to have been fixed since the update.
