Log Shipping
Hi,
Im a engineer really suffering and would beg for some kind of help on a log shipping issue. Im getting the following error msg when doing log shipping:
Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLState:42000)
Error 14261: The specified @name ('Log Shipping copy for NIMMAIN.vanxdb_logshipping') already exists.
The NIMMAIN was doing log shipping to MINBACKUP fine then the AC and DC power droped. The NIMBACKUP server came up but NIMMAIN did not at this time. I switched to the backup server and once the NIMMAIN came up again I tried setting up the log shipping between the two again but kept getting this error message. If been working 5 nights straight though and really please need some help.
I checked and there are no data in the log_shipping tables under msdb and im really out of ideas. Please could someone give me any ideas I would really be greatfull.
