Source Control Explorer

Once after installing I was able to get source control explorer to come up.

Now clicking on the Version Control node does nothing.

How can i get Source Control Explorer back?

When adding a project how can I specify where in source control to place it?

View > Other Windows > Source Control Explorer from the VS main menu.

I want to add to that that when right click the solution or project and select "add solution/project to sourcecontrol" you get a dialog asking you where you want to place the source in the repository.
And yes it does check in the sources exactly as they are placed in you workspace directories, so no strange directory structures appear that would happen when using source safe in vs.net 2003

Chris, I assume you're double-clicking on the Version Control node in the Team Explorer and it's not working? Please let me know if you are able to launch the Source Control Explorer via the menus or not.

Double clicking did not work.

Menu did work.

I had some messed up workspace entries and once i cleaned those up I was good to go.

The double click issue has been fixed in the current code, so it will be fixed in the next release. For now, use View -> Other Windows -> Source Control Explorer to get to it, as Omar mentioned.
