Where is tbuild?

Microsoft decided to not include scheduling of builds in V1. See this thread for instructions on how to schedule a build:

Though you would have got the details from the link above. Just to clarify again - we are not shipping scheduled builds out of the box, but the command line tool tbuild (might have a different name later though) is still going to be available. It couldnt make it to the beta bits but is now ready to make it in the next release
