Exception while creating project "Microsoft.Pcw.wss"
Hi
I am using VSTS single server installation, but when i create i get this exception :
Initialization for plugin "Microsoft.Pcw.wss" failed with error: "The request failed withHTTP status 404: Not Found.
I have added myself in administartor group at sharepoint.
In the dual server with same setting everthing is working fine but whats the problem with single server deployment. The log file is pasted below.
Can anybody tell me that whats the problem and what can be the possible solution?

I have the same problem,
i can navigate to the sharepoint administration site at
http://localhost:7500/fpadmdll.dll
and the sharepoint central administration site at
http://localhost:26910/
I can create a sharepoint site
I can navigate to the http://localhost:8080/bisserver/EleadWebService.asmx
I can connect to te team server in visual studio 2005 at http://localhost:8080
But I can't create a new team project.

Were you able to fix the problem?
I have the exact same issue. I can navigate to all the sites that you say you can, but I get the same 404 on initializing the Microsoft.Pcw.Wss plugin. I also get the same System.UnauthorizedAccessException when attempting to delete the directory, because access to CssTasks.xml is denied.
I'm also doing the single server setup, and I'm using the same ID for the "Setup" and "Service" accounts. This account has been added to the Namespace Administrators group in TFS. The same account is also in the Domain Administrators group in AD, which is a member of Builtin\Administrators on the server.
One of my many Google searches turned up this site:

at which I learned that the "guts" of the MSF Agile process guidance, which is what is used to create the team project, is based on a zip file at:
C:\%ProgFiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Enterprise Server\BISIISDIR\methodologyfiles\MsfAgile_new.zip
Inside that zip file is Wss\WssTasks.xml, which specifies which files to copy and stuff. I haven't had a chance to go through it, but I'm willing to bet that one of those files listed in there is missing from the Wss folder inside the zip file.
Which file, why it's missing, and why we seem to be the only ones missing it -- those questions evade me at this late hour. Maybe if we knock our heads together, something magical will happen. :)
