Beta 2 install: sharepoint web server extensions pre-req

I'm trying to install Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 Team Foundation Server on a Windows 2003 Server that has Biztalk 2004 installed.
I'm getting an error very early in the installation (required pre-requisites):
"Sharepoint Web Server Extensions is not compatible with Visual Studio Team Foundation or is not installed"
Well, what exactly are those extensions? I tried googling for it, but they don't seem to exist.
And... are they not installed or incompatible? Which is it?
And... why do I get a blank help (!) web page saying "This is a placeholder" when I click the error?
I'm lost here and I would appreciate any help...

I'd like to know the answer to that question as well. Anyone?

Run setupsts.exe from the \WSS folder on the Sharepoint 2003 Installation CD

You can download the Sharepoint Services from Microsoft (stsv2.exe).

You can locate the page on the Microsoft web site by doing a google search on "sharepoint services". For me, the first hit took me to a page that contained a download link. This will allow you to retrieve the 37.9MB stsv2.exe file mentioned by Tesig.
I tried to install - it requires ASP.NET. Go to Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs --> Add/Remove Windows Components --> Application Servers, click on Details. Then check ASP.NET, click on Ok. Then click on Next.
Sharepoint services installed correctly at this point.
