Office plugin error (TF86002)

Does any one know how to fix this error?

It occurs on a laptop with Windows XP, Office 2003 and Project 2003. All in English versions and with latest service packs.

Reinstalling Office and TFS client do not fix it.

Is it possible to enable some kind of logging for debugging ?
