Where are the deployment walkthroughs?

The deployment walkthrough articles mentioned in the VSTO resources post have vanished with no forwarding links. Where did they go, those are the most complete and best information for deploying VSTO addins to target machines.

We have an advanced draft of the updated paper for VSTO2005 SE and are about to test it. We are aiming to make the final paper available in mid-February. If we can deliver it sooner we will do.
