COM+ Error Code = -2147467225.

We current have a COM+ component deployed on a Windows 2000 server and we have created a client proxy installer inside COM+. We have then installed the proxy on our client machines with the result that our client side applications create the COM+ components without any problems. However when we try to do the exact same procedure using Windows 2003 server we get the following error message every time the client tries to create an instance of the COM+ component. Any help would be appreciated.
