GAT Template for creating new Blocks

Creating one from scratch is a %&^# buster. Bill Button mentioned the need for one in his last web cast. What complicates things even more is the manageability wrapper around the entire EL2.0 so that the pieces parts can be managed via Group Policy. An I need some application specific settings to be exposed to GP

Granted, that what I'm doing this go-around is some fairly simple type state settings that as stored in the Local_Machine/Software/Polices/<MyCompany>/<MyApp> and I'm using the RegistryMonitor from CodeProject to catch the registry changes. But it sure would be nice to specify those settings via GP --
