OLE file extraction from .doc file

I need to extract the OLE file that was included in a word document, with an automation system,

By example,

I have a Word document with inside a pdf document , and an jpg picture, and one excel sheet.

I want to extract this document an backup directly on the computer.

But i have actually no solution to build this operation, if somebody have any idea it will be great for my.
