Converting to the C# and .net Environment tips

Hello all, Currently our Company will be converting from a progress environment to a Microsoft C# environment and I figured I would start this thread for any questions that may arrise and also for all you seasoned vet programmers out there who would like to share some secrents and methods with the world, post them here .I thank all of you in advance.
