Soap security negotiation failed

I've created simple IIS hosted indigo application, and ran it successfully without problems on machine where was coded (PC1). I'm using local ethernet, where three machines (PC1, PC2, PC3) are connected through router, without any software or hardware firewall.

When i run client indigo application on PC2 or PC3, i get the following exception:
<Soap security negotiation failed>.

But if i run linehttp://pc1/audio/service.svc directly from PC2 or PC3 it tells, that i've successfully created indigo service. So why then exception occurs, if i run client from other machine?

Any help will be appreciated.

Are these machines on a Windows Domain?

What security to have set up in the binding that you have used? I take it that you are using "Windows" security, which will either negotiate Kerberos or NTLM depending on the network configuration of the machine and the account(s) they are running under.
