Errors installing SQL 2005 Beta 2 Sept 05

Beta components detected
Error 70233 installing .NET Framework 2.0

but prior to this I ran Build Clean Up Wizard which said it succesfully removed .NET Framework 2.0 (installed with the April release).
I even got rid of older frameworks (1.0 and 1.1) and then rebooted the machine and I still get the same error.

I'm installing this on an XP machine.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
