Express Manager download for RTM version of SQLServer Express

We're working on an update to the Express Manager. We expect to release a Community Technology Preview of it by the end of the year. In the mean time your options are to use the command line tools, use Visual Studio, or acquire the Developer or Evaluation Editions of SQL Server 2005 and use the full-blown Management Studio.

I tried to install the client tools from SQL Server 2005 developer edition but the installer for this (after downloading another 2.8GB!) says components are already installed and cannot be upgraded (or message similar to this).
I'll use the command line tools I guess
