Convert Icon to MSN emotion

Hi!

Does anyone know how to make a customized MSN emotion, say, covert an icon to an emotion?

Messenger custom emoticons are just 19x19 PNGs or up to 100x100 animated GIFs.

As such, if you want to turn an icon into an emoticon, you can everything from taking a screenshot of it to using a third-party application like Microangelo:

I tried doing that but my 64x64 or 100x100 gif files keep gettig converted into a 32x32 tiny image by Messenger. Is there a way around this?

I have MSN Messenger 7.5 and Windows XP SP2. Animated gifs becomes custom animated emotions, without any size reduction. Maybe you have old version of Messenger?

I've figured it out, you need a GIF animation file.
The GIF file should be a 2 frame with second frame as transparent. If it has no transparent surface MSN will try to re-size while importing. It seems MSN 7.5 cannot re-size the transparent GIFs which lets you use your own sizes. I stick to 64x64 or 50x50 which are both reasonable.
