Just to be 100% sure, are you allowed to submit multiple entries? Because I allready have a working application, but I am working on a better (and differend) one too (and will submit that one if you are only allowed to submit one entry).

Yes - Contestants may submit as many entries as they care to. However, you may only win one prize. For people who submit multiple entries, the judges will select what they believe is your best entry and disregard your other submissions.

Thank you, makes sence too me, but does this mean that a person who wins the one of the high five bonus prizes wont be able to compete anymore for the finals? Or is this high five bonus a "extra" prize (like the name suggests).

The bonus prizes are completely separate from the main contest prizes. It is absolutely possible to win a bonus prize as well as one of the overall contest prizes.
