Add/Remove windows components missing

I am running build 5112. The only problems that I can see so far are...

1) I cannot add/remove windows programs like office, etc..

2) My interop solution between Unix and Windows stopped working, My Unix servers know which user I am but I have no permissions.. (Weird)

3) The search is sloooow

Does anyone have input or the same issues?
