Blue Screen on Boot in 5231

I've been fighting all day with installing the current CTP build (5231) of Vista on my Dell Inspiron 600m. The OS takes forever to install but once it does it boots to the desktop normally until I install the supplemental drivers. On every reboot after that the system blue screens and reboots. It'll boot to safe mode, so I enabled boot logging and looked at the log in Safe Mode. The last file it loads is fvevol.sys. The first one it says didn't load is the Microsoft ISATAP driver. Has anyone else seen this or have an idea what could be done about it?

Please check your networkcard. ISATAP is related to the IPV6...When the IPv6 protocol is started (e.g. at boot or installation) and finds that there is no native IPv6 connectivity available, the host tries to resolve the hostname "ISATAP" use netsh to try to config it manual like this

c:\ netsh interface ipv6 isatap set router \\
<IPv4 address of the ISATAP router>

you can check this with this command

c:\ netsh interface ipv6 show route
