Domain Users can't access reports and documents

On beta3 on a domain installation, the domain users can't browse the documents and reports nodes in team server explorer (a little red cross is placed on teh folder icon).

All the domain users are part of the team foundation valid users.

If I add those users to the local admin group (where TFS is installed) then I have no issues.

Ideas?
