ClearCase / ClearQuest importer status

I could have swore I asked this before but I (and MSN search) can't seem to find the answer. What's the status for these two converters? Ship with RTM? In the box or available as a separate download?

That helps but what about ClearCase? Is this a case of "you not mentioning ClearCase speaks volumes"? :-)

I suppose it does. We have no ClearCase converter at the moment. We are investigating options but have nothing to announce at this time.
