MOSS 2007 render mht documents

I've created a document library with a custom content type of Document. When I create a new document it opens Word and I'm able to create a new document of type mht. This is nice because it will render the document as a web page instead of opening Word to view the document. My question is, can I show the navigation when I display the mht page. Currently when I click on the document in SharePoint it displays the document in the browser with out any navigation. So the user will have to use the back button to get back to the site.
