Steps to upgrade wss2.0 to 3.0?

I have wss2.0 in single server and a instance "<Localserver>\SHAREPOINT" in sql server where is my wss2.0, i have install 3.0 but dont now what to do to upgrade, they say to upgrade the pages and that, but cant upgrade the database to work because is in "<Localserver>\MICROSOFT##SSEE" can you give so steps i have to do to make the upgrade of the database wright or any site, i try to follow then manual but i cant, like prescan.exe /all "work fine" and "stsadm.exe -o addcontentdb -urlhttp://<Localserver>-databasename wss_Content_1478758232 -databaseserver crm" that create in wss3.0 administrator but dont now what to do more......

Please give me sites or anything else to make the migration.....

yes i know that sites and others forums but cant upgrades allways giev me errors.

Updates database and websites, like they say in that site and blogs, but i am a litle deseprate because i try a lot of thing and nothing allways give me error.

when happen a erro i have to install everything again 2.0 and try to put in 3.0, allways blow up. there isnt a more easy way i try a lot of sites.....

I am begining to hate WSS3.0, clients need to upgrade and cant do that :P
