In the normal .NET documentation each type has the following sections in the index (e.g. class Control):

Control Class
about Control Class
all members
constructor
events
inheriting from
methods
properties

When I register the help 2 files in visual studio, I only see the class, none of the sub sections. Is there a way to get those? Or is this not possible? In the latter case consider this a feature request.

When is the next SandCastle release scheduled by the way? I'm waiting on the fix that will show the "members" link again in the class documentation.
