How to complete task: Configure workflow settings?

Completed al previous tasks in Sharepoint Services 3.0, Sharepoint server 2007.
Can't find out how to complete this task.

When I press action I get the "global workflow settings" screen.

My choices are: 3 times YES for all Web applications.

When I press OK I am redirected to Application Management screen, but Task is still active.
