Is ther VS TFS Plugin for Outlook 2003?

I found it only for Word and Excel?

No there is not one built in, but there is Teamlook that does a nice job with workitems in Outlook. Depending on the level of complexity you ar looking at you could do a custom VSTO solution.

There is a (very nice) free Outlook 2003 add-in for TFS available here:

They are also working on an Outlook 2007 version to be released soon.
