Ok so we have Design surface for Winforms, ASp pages, Avalon(WPF) and Windows Workflow (WWF) - the later of which generate XAML beside files.

It would be nice if we had similiar Drag/Drop and view of the XML used in App.config and Web.config files to set up WCF services. I know we have the SvcConfigEditor Tool, but a more visual/properties based tool may make the WCF and Applications configuration clearer to administrators and deployers.
