Log in messenger contactlist on website

Hello,

I would like the possibility for visitors of my website to log in and check they're MSN contactlist. I have looked everywhere for a tutorial or scripts that are alike, bud haven't found nothing. Does somewone know if it is possible? Maybee you can point me in the right direction?
