ASP.Net Configuration Password Issue

I am brand new to asp. I am trying to use the Personal Web Site Starter Kit so that I can learn how to use the program. The first step says to create an administrative user. I went to the site and tried to use it, and I keep getting an error about my password. It keeps saying " minimum 7 character, non-alphanumeric characters 1." I keep trying different comibinations and it keeps giving me the same message. I even tried the Security wizard and it still wouldn't work. Am I missing something? Please help! Thanks!
