Can I handle events in Excel Services web parts ?

Hi,

I′m deploying Excel Services through Sharepoint web parts.

My costumer wants to show different content in another web part according to the cell selection in the workbook showed in the Excel web part.

I just want to make Excel Web part not only consumer of other sharepoint web parts but a provider also.

is it possible ?
