I was accessing the "Microsoft Patterns & Practices" site and came across
a link for a DVD containing all of the information (and more!)
I was looking for at

However to order this from the UK I was directed to
http://www.microsoft.com/emea/msdn/getthetrials/default.mspx
then to
http://www.microsoft.com/emea/msdn/visualstudio/enxu/getthetrials/

and this page no longer offers the Patterns & Practices DVD.
The American/standard ordering site insists I enter my "state"...
Is there a place I can order this from and have it delivered to the UK?
