Directory problems

Hello,

I figured I'd ask this question here because its somewhat related to internet explore.

I'm running Vista on the only administrative user account on my system. When I try to access IE's temporary internet files directory: (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) I get an"Access is denied" error returned. This seems to be a new thing with Vista, I know I was able to access this directory in later versions of windows.

Any idea what the deal is, or how I can get access to it?
