Daylight saving problem?

Hi,

In sweden we transended into summer time this weekend :)

There is a problem with this though, when uploading a form template using central admin or stsadm.exe the created date and modified date is set to Now+2 hours.

This might be a small problem but the install process gets stuck in the "Installing" state and we have a real show-stopper.

Any suggestions?
