Data Sources Tab Missing

Hi All-

I installed the VB Express I am unable to see the 'Data Sources tab' I did see the posts from a issue simular to mine.

The problem is that when selecting the Tools/Option/Data UI Customization I get the following error on the right pane:

'An error occurred loading this property page'
