About the calculation column

Hi,

If I have a calculation column, can I update the data of this column by manual again?

I make a test, but I find that the data can't be updated, because it's actually a formula, you can only updated the formula, but it's not my expectation, because it will affect other item's data.

If I want to realize this function, how can I do? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
