New Folder, add required columns

Hi!


Im just started to test WSS 3.0 and created a new Document Library, i created columns from Settings > Create Columns and checked them as required, when i choose New Folder only "Name" comes up as required and the columns i created is empty.

How can i get my created columns to come up when creating a new folder, as the name field below?
