Visual Studio Output window missing toolbar

Running Orcas Mar CTP under Win XP on vpc 2007.

When output window is set to auto-hide mode and re-start Visual studio, toolbar on the output window will disappear. The auto hide mode has to be disabled to bring back the toolbar. For Visual studio 2005, the toolbar seems to be always visible. Is this a design change or is there any setting that i have miss out?
