w3wp.exe Application Error when running Configuration Wizard

Hello!

Did anyone had such an error message: "w3wp.exe Application Error. The instruction at ..referenced memory at...The memory could not be read."

I got this error just during the setup, when running the Configuration Wizard.

When I just ignore this message and continue the configuration, I can't access Central Administration site - it takes me to an error page: "Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error".

Rebooting/running configuration wizard again is of no help.

1. Could it be because of bad or low RAM? (I'm trying to test WSS3 on a stand-alone server with 1 Gig RAM, because it also runs SQL 2005 Express, which is limited to 1 Gig).

2. Does the second error anything to do with the first one?
